I came to Maria feeling very tired and wanting to lose a bit of weight. She recommended that I had my blood group tested with her and then advised me to eat accordingly. After the first four weeks, I felt less tired, my skin improved and I lost 6lbs. I continued using an 80:20 rule and lost another 3lbs. My weight has now stabilised, however I have lost inches around my bottom, legs and stomach. I am really please with the results and now follow this way of eating all the time.
Since coming to Maria for nutitional advice and blood group information, I have gone down 2 dress sizes to a size 8 and my skin, which was once very spotty is clear. I am so much happier now I know which foods I need more of and which I need less of. I feel in control and confident about this way of eating which has become a lifestyle rather than a diet.
